SB is authorized, pursuant to Article 4-sexies.1 of Legislative Decree No. 58/1998 and Article 12 of Regulation (EU) 2020/1503, as a crowdfunding service provider to provide the crowdfunding services with the resolution of the CONSOB No. 22877 of November 8, 2023. Pursuant to the regulation, Ener2Crowd S.r.l. SB has subscribed to Professional Liability Insurance policy no. 430771470, issued by Generali Italia S.p.A. insurance company.
