WHAT AM I GOING TO INVEST IN?

The Erre Energie S.r.l. company is requesting a minimum loan of €210,000 (with a maximum of €250,000) to carry out the construction of a plant mini-hydroelectric plant located in the Municipality of Dicomano (FI).

The nominal power of the plant will be 33.38kW with an annual production of 260,000 kWh b>. The construction costs (€450,000) are borne by the proposing company, which will exploit the leap of the existing crossing by reusing the intake structure and the first part of the old adduction channel, now in disuse for many years, impacting the as little as possible on the San Godenzo stream in compliance with environmental and ecological requirements.

The works include:

• Propeller Turbine/Generator Installation

• Regulation and control panel

• Hydraulic flow interception works

• Automatic gravel remover and cleaner

• Auxiliary works such as lighting, land network, video surveillance and data transmission system

• BT power panel

• Electrode according to Enel regulations from local production to grid connection point

HOW IS THE INVESTMENT REPAID?

The Erre Energie company will have the use of the plant through a regional concession for a period of thirty years. The energy produced will be fed into the grid via RID (dedicated withdrawal) with GSE with sale according to the economic conditions of the market certified on the PUN. The sale of the energy will make it possible to repay the funding requested from the crowd.

INTEREST RATE CORRECTION FACTOR

In recent months, the global socio-economic context is leading to a sharp increase in inflation, i.e. the prolonged increase in the average level of prices of goods and services. For this reason, the ECB foresees an increase in rates on mortgages and loans with the aim of preserving the purchasing power of consumers.

In this situation, Ener2crowd has also chosen to insert the so-called "Correction factor" of the interest rate (Fc), with the aim of adjusting the interest rates (and therefore rates of return for investors), to the variability of the general mortgage situation.
