The company DC ENERGY requests a loan of €350,000 (with a maximum of €500,000) for the construction of a wind farm from 500kWp in the Province of Foggia (FG).
The plant is part of a 2 MW project, 1 MW of which is already in operation. Estimated production of the wind farm is 1,500,000 kWh of electricity each year, thus generating a significant production capacity and influencing environmental protection, reducing impacts on the ecosystem.
The wind system benefits from FER 2019 incentive fee with energy sales equal to 140€/MWh.
The energy produced by the plant will be sold for the first months, up to a maximum of 18 months from the date of connection to the grid, through grid-parity – or on the prices attested on the free energy market, currently greater than the incentive tariff. At the end of the period the energy will be sold with incentive GSE FER registry for 140€ to MWh.
The company DC ENERGY is requesting financing of €300,000 (with a maximum of €400,000) for the construction of a 500kWp wind power plant in the Province of Lucera (FG).
The plant is part of a 2 MW project, of which 1 MW is already in operation. The estimated production of the wind power plant is 1,500,000 kWh of electricity per year, thus generating a significant production capacity and impacting environmental preservation by reducing impacts on the ecosystem.
The wind power plant benefits from the FER 2019 incentivizing tariff with energy sales at 140€/MWh.
The energy produced by the plant will be sold for the first few months, up to a maximum of 18 months from the date of connection to the grid, through grid-parity - i.e. at prices established in the free energy market, currently higher than the incentivizing tariff. At the end of the period, the energy will be sold with GSE incentive FER Register for 140€ per MWh.
Ener2Crowd provides a normalized parameter called "EnerScore" that is assigned to each individual investment proposal. This parameter defines an overall rating that objectively, comprehensively, and clearly summarizes all the data that characterize the project. [...](Sign up now to learn more).
In recent months, the global socio-economic context has led to a strong increase in inflation, which is the prolonged increase in the average level of prices of goods and services. For this reason, the ECB predicts an increase in mortgage and financing rates with the aim of preserving consumers' purchasing power.
In this situation, Ener2crowd has also chosen to introduce the so-called "Interest Rate Correction Factor (Fc)", in order to adjust interest rates (and therefore yield rates for investors) to the variability of the general mortgage situation.
HOW THE Fc FACTOR IS APPLIED
Starting from the Enerscore, which corresponds to a certain base yield rate (Tb), a "correction" is applied based on an objective indicator that takes into account the variation in the level of inflation over a certain period, and the effective yield rate (Te) is determined.
In the specific case, the Fc factor is based on the so-called "Rendistato" of the Bank of Italy, a public and therefore objective indicator that summarizes the weighted average yield of a basket of government bonds. The difference between the average rate at a certain moment (the current month) compared to the average rate of the last 2 previous years becomes the basis for calculating the correction factor.
The resulting effective interest rate will be shared and agreed upon (with rounding) with the proposing company during the financing definition phase.
Effective yield rate (Te) = Base yield rate (Tb) + Fc
Example:
Base yield rate Tb = 5.0%
Fc = 0.5%
Effective yield rate Te = 5.0% + 0.5% = 5.5%
The wind turbine will be installed in Lucera, in the Province of Foggia.
DC ENERGY S.r.l. is a company established in 2019 on the initiative of brothers Matteo and Aurelio Di Carlo, entrepreneurs from Foggia with years of experience in the agricultural sector and renewable energy sector. The company's purpose is the design, construction, and management of renewable energy plants using wind and photovoltaic technology.
In the last 12 months, DC ENERGY has completed the authorization process, registration, and construction of 2 wind turbines, and by 2023, it will complete the construction of 2 more turbines (already authorized and ready for construction), reaching a total installed power of 2 MW.
In addition to wind developments, DC Energy Srl has a pipeline of photovoltaic plant developments with a total power of approximately 130 MW.
DC ENERGY S.R.L. is an EPC Contractor company established in 2019 that mainly carries out the design, construction, and management of renewable energy plants using wind and photovoltaic technology. With ATECO code 74.90.93. In 2019, it conducted research and development activities. Starting from 2020, the construction of renewable plants and the production of energy began.

A wind farm is a structure for the production of renewable energy that harnesses the power of the wind to generate electricity. It is composed of one or more structures called wind turbines, which have large blades that rotate when the wind blows. As the blades rotate, they drive a generator that produces electrical energy. This clean and sustainable form of energy production helps to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and promotes a more ecological future. If properly supported, wind energy has the potential to provide up to 30% of European electricity by 2030 (1). Supporting this kind of technology becomes essential to move closer to an increasingly sustainable future.
It is estimated that the wind power plant developed by DC Energy will have a total annual production of 1,500,000 kWh per year, which is equivalent to:
Saving 645,000 kg of CO2 in the atmosphere every year
Planting 64,500 trees
Avoiding the exhaust emissions of 451 cars every year
These are the effects and benefits that can also be generated thanks to your contribution!
