En el ámbito social, implica valorar el capital humano, promover el bienestar de los empleados y apoyar a las comunidades locales, creando un impacto positivo e inclusivo. Finalmente, en términos de gobernanza, adoptar modelos transparentes y éticos permite reducir riesgos y aumentar la confianza del mercado.
El contexto actual hace que esta elección sea aún más urgente: según CRIF, el 35% de las pymes italianas ya está expuesto a altos riesgos físicos relacionados con el cambio climático, como inundaciones y eventos meteorológicos extremos.
